Plain Desk currently uses browser storage for core service operation and measured product improvement—not third-party advertising. Because the service is free, there are no checkout or payment cookies in the standard experience.
Cookie names can change as the service evolves, but their purposes remain within these categories.
These cookies support sign-in, session continuity, request security, and essential preferences. Blocking them can prevent account features from working correctly.
We may use limited first-party events to understand visits, feature adoption, reliability, and broad usage patterns. We do not use this information to serve behavioural advertising.
Plain Desk may use local or session storage for interface choices and temporary workflow state. It behaves differently from a cookie but is covered here because it is stored in your browser.
